Summer 2026

May brought a number of changes into our church community.

On May 24th, the congregation voted between four choices to give the church council the idea of which path to explore regarding the future of the church.

Reminder: This is a non-binding vote so if another opportunity arises (for example: another congregation wants to rent from us like Aldersgate did), the council can switch gears.

The path that received the most votes was to explore planning for Holy Closure, developing a Legacy Plan, and eventually dissolving the church sometime in early to mid 2027.

On May 31st, we celebrated Steve Mollick, our Music Director, as he moves on to another opportunity. We have a wonderful substitute lined up while we look for another Music Director.
